IMPORTANT NOTICE FROM AUS POST

What happens from Tuesday 4 August 2026

'From Tuesday 4 August 2026, the provision of recipient contact details will be mandatory for most Australia Post parcel delivery services (including Parcel Post, Express Post, Metro, and On Demand) when sent by eParcel Contract merchants and customers using MyPost Business. You will need to provide an accurate recipient Australian mobile or email address when manifesting your parcels.

If you don't provide an accurate recipient email or Australian mobile, you may not be able to submit a manifest or create a consignment and in some instances, you will not be able to print a label or pay for postage. For eParcel customers, as per your existing Service Agreement, if you send an unmanifested parcel, you may become liable for unmanifested parcel charges.

If a parcel is addressed to a Parcel Locker and we don't have an accurate email address or mobile, we're unable to notify the recipient and the parcel will be redirected to a Post Office for collection. Parcels that are not collected within 10 business days will be Returned to Sender, at the sender's expense.'

We are committed to ship the same day we receive an order or next business day. We work hard to reduce delays across our delivery network, however, at times delays are unavoidable by third parties and we apologise for any inconvenience if this occurs.

You can see the latest status of your order by logging into your account and using the Track order option or alternatively use the tracking information provided to you by the shipping confirmation email. Simply, visit the Australia Post website and click on Track, then enter the Australia Post tracking number. Here, you can track you order and see the expected delivery date.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout depending on the size and weight of the items of your purchase and your shipping address and location according to postcode will be calculated at checkout.

Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping within Australia for orders over $150.

How long will shipping take?
Delivery within Australia by Express Post can be expected in 2-5 business days. Standard Post may take 2-10 days depending on your location and the volume of parcels in the system at Australia Post at the time. Shipping may take longer over peak periods or to remote locations. This is unfortunately beyond our control. 

When will my order be shipped?
We endeavour to ship all parcels the same or next business day. This can be delayed in peak periods, public holidays and sale time.

I've purchased a pre-order item. Will it ship with the rest of my order?
If a pre-order item is included with your purchase, we will hold your order and ship all items together once the pre-order arrives.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally.
Rates vary by country and will be calculated at the checkout.

Will you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, we can ship orders to P.O. Boxes.
