We offer free Standard shipping on most orders over $125 within Australia.
Some orders are not eligible for free shipping.

How do I claim Free Shipping?

Enter the code FREESHIPPING at checkout.
Unfortunately, this code cannot be combined with other discount codes.

What is ineligible for Free Shipping?

- Orders of value less than $125
- Shipping to a destination outside of Australia
- Express postage (Our free shipping only applies to regular postage)
- Orders containing discounted products or a discount code is applied
- Bulky or heavy items including bedding, waterproof coats, toys, bowls or bulky items
- Orders where shipping cost is calculated at more than $29.95
- Orders with a high combined weight may also incur a higher shipping fee, making them ineligible for free shipping.

If a order is returned or refunded your store credit will be minus the cost for shipping. Code or discount cannot be applied retrospectively or once a order has been placed. 

Free Shipping is only available for standard shipping even if Express shipping is selected. If express shipping is selected, your order will be shipped standard post. If you would like express shipping a free shipping code cannot apply. 

Bulky items include pet beds, large dog toys, and the Da Bird cat toy; and may include other items with large dimensions.
